We are looking for an experienced Lean Lead to champion process optimization and operational excellence in a fast-paced fashion/garments manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Lean principles, with a track record of delivering measurable efficiency, cost, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lean Strategy & Execution – Design, implement, and sustain Lean strategies to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve productivity across the organization.
- Process Optimization – Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to streamline operations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in executing Lean initiatives, ensuring alignment and measurable impact.
- Training & Capability Building – Develop and deliver Lean training programs to upskill employees on principles, tools, and best practices.
- Performance Measurement – Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of Lean initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement Culture – Foster an organization-wide mindset of ongoing improvement and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of Lean projects.
Requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Experience – Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Lean implementation, preferably in the fashion/garments industry.
- Certifications – Lean certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Lean tools and methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
