About the role
As a Learning & Development Specialist you will make an impact by identifying and tracking training programs and initiatives with the objective of fulfilling people development requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
You will be a valued member of the L&D team and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Plan delivery of training programs meeting scope, coverage and design; Monitor the delivery of courses by execution of checklist based on program plan.
Develop a high-level project plan for learning programs and initiatives in coordination with BUs, Solutions Design teams and other critical stakeholders.
Prepare and ensure adherence to documented process checklist for smooth implementation of learning programs.
Encourage Learners commit to learning goals and facilitate their accomplishment
Keep Learners engaged in their Learning journey
Onboard and orient Early Career Talent(GenC)and facilitate successful completion of training program, consistently challenging them to give their best.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Kaunas. What you need to have to be considered
Previous experience in implementation of learning and development activities across disciplines.
Hands-on experience in Learning management system.
Functional knowledge of GenAI tools including Copilot.
Fluent English Language

Industry certifications in Learning & Development
Reporting tracking & analysis – Familiarity with Kirkpatrick’s model of evaluation preferred.

Salary Range
€30,000 - €37,000 dependent on experience
