• Managing End of Lease experience for customers, consulting on available options and eligible products and services, capturing customer intent, and guiding customer through process in coordination with internal/external partners.

What You will Do:

• Managing customer contact at end of lease through end of lease decision, determining customer needs, and consulting on available options.
• Delivering key strategic end of lease results through selling financial products and services with our value message.
• Quoting product and service options for customers, determining eligibility, and aligning with all compliance, policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with internal and external business partners to resolve requests and challenges in efforts to provide high quality customer service.

• Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.
• Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.
• Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Equipment Financing and Leasing: Knowledge of equipment financing and leasing processes, risks and stakeholders; ability to provide high quality services of leasing and equipment financing for commercial clients while reducing risks.

Additional information:

• This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.

Summary Pay Range:

$92,880.00 - $160,788.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
