We are currently looking for a Legal Administration Supervisor to lead our Secretariat Department and drive operational excellence across our legal teams.

Your Role

As the Head of the Secretariat Department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the legal administrative function within our Legal Services Division. This includes overseeing workflows, ensuring compliance with legal timelines, supporting the professional growth of your team, and enhancing the quality of service delivered to clients.

You will play a key role in shaping the effectiveness of internal operations and directly contribute to the success of high-impact legal processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and coordinate a team of legal administrative professionals across multiple legal units.
  • Set departmental goals in alignment with business objectives and oversee day-to-day execution.
  • Monitor legal actions and deadlines (court hearings, filings, client notices) and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain high standards in CRM data integrity and client communication practices.
  • Create performance reports and suggest action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes, ISO compliance, and suggest workflow enhancements.
  • Guide recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training initiatives within the department.
  • Act as liaison between legal teams, clients, and senior management on all operational matters.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a legal environment or legal operations team.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and multitask with attention to deadlines and details.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal department of a corporate organization.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards or structured quality management systems.
