Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to senior lawyers and partners.
• Draft, format, and prepare correspondence, legal documents, and contracts.
• Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and assist with client communications.
• Conduct legal research and support file and matter management.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of legal services.
• Assist with billing processes and general office administration.

About You

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar legal support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
