Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and projects.
  • Manage and organize legal files and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Prepare and file necessary legal documents with courts and government agencies.
  • Assist in the preparation of case briefs and legal memoranda.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions for legal team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals regarding case updates and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role within a legal environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research and legal document preparation.
  • Strong in English and Arabic.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
