- Provide legal support and advice on relevant legal issues, especially on labor law issues;
- Handle dispute and litigation, attend court hearing, mediation and negotiations, with necessary cooperation of and support from external law firms;
- Ensure the Company’s compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities;
- Support the Company to design and enforce its policy, regulation and resolutions;
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.;
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function.
Requirements
- Graduated from a well-known law school
- Previous working experience as a Legal Counsel for at least 3 years, labor law related experience is a must;
- In-depth knowledge of procedural law and handling of litigation, with arbitration and mediation skills;
- Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- highly proficient in spoken and written English.
