Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000 a year plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Virginia
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
- Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms (if applicable)
