As a Life Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of life insurance products to individuals and families. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions that provide financial protection and peace of mind. You will play a critical role in educating customers about the importance of life insurance and helping them plan for a secure future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential customers through various channels such as field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and financial goals to recommend suitable life insurance plans.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to explain insurance products, benefits, and policy details.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Follow up with leads and provide exceptional after-sales service.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are compliant with company policies and IRDAI regulations.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Good understanding of financial planning and risk protection (training will be provided)
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and mobile apps

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline
  • No prior sales or insurance experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with prior experience in BFSI, telesales, or direct sales will be an added advantage
