About the role:
The Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for maximizing business potential through creating, implementing, and managing strategic business development initiatives. This role is instrumental in aligning our solutions to maximize customer value and grow services for Cat Reman aligned to the Resource Industries vertical.

Job responsibilities will Include but are not limited to:

  • Support aftermarket new product introduction strategy, Go-To-Market initiatives and deliverables. Ensure execution of the Cat Reman business case achievement to expectation and aligns partner support in achieving outcomes.
  • NPI Project Management from prelaunch to G7 including collecting NPI VOI and prioritization through the funnel
  • Improving targeted awareness of new solutions for key regions, dealers and customers.
  • Proactive NPI campaign alignment with RISST, RIOP, LPSD, IPSD

Skill Descriptors:

  • Business Performance Management: Extensive knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the use of business intelligence; ability to monitor and adjust business processes (internal and cross-organizational) in near real-time.
  • Business Process Improvement: Extensive knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities
  • Effectiveness Measurement: Extensive knowledge of effective measurement techniques and ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement.
  • Service Excellence: Working knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Extensive knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP); ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Extensive knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Extensive experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI

Summary Pay Range:

$126,000.00 - $189,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
