Line Cook

Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is a dive bar with a top-notch burger. Founded by childhood friends Aaron Ludwig and Mike Sabin, Jack Brown's embodies a spirit of fun and quality. We’re looking for dedicated Line Cooks to join our energetic kitchen team. In this role, you'll be essential in delivering the delicious food we're known for while working in a dynamic and vibrant environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include cooking food items, preparing ingredients, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen workspace. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to meet the demands of our guests and maintain our high standards of food quality and safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications accurately
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for great food

Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $14-$18
