Job Summary:

This role is responsible for optimizing material movement across all product lines, including assembly and fabrication processes. This role ensures timely and accurate ordering of materials from the warehouse to the production line, supports inventory accuracy, and maintains work order production grief.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate and expedite material flow from warehouse to production lines to support efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy in alignment with system requirements and audit standards.
  • Manage production work orders, factory direct work orders, and assist in AMO work order releases.
  • Track and document material shortages, communicating critical updates to section managers and the requirements department.
  • Prioritize and escalate material needs based on urgency and production impact.
  • Support warehouse operations including:
    • Part concepting and Kanban system management.
    • General material movement and support across the facility as needed.

Education requirement:

Candidates should possess a relevant degree or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through professional expertise.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a strong ability to manage and validate complex data sets, ensuring that all logistics documentation and planning processes are executed with precision. Maintains high standards to minimize errors and ensure consistency across reports and operational records

Analytical Thinking: Applies critical thinking to interpret supply chain metrics, uncover patterns, and generate actionable insights. Supports strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives by transforming raw data into meaningful analysis.

Problem Solving: Effectively addresses logistics challenges such as shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and routing inefficiencies. Uses structured methodologies and collaborates across teams to implement sustainable solutions that enhance operational flow.

Logistics Management: Coordinates transportation, inventory, and warehouse operations within fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environments. Leverages Microsoft Excel for planning, tracking, and reporting logistics activities, and utilizes SAP (preferred) to manage system-based workflows, monitor performance, and ensure seamless integration across logistics functions.

Additional Information:

This position requires the candidate to work full-time at the Denison, TX office.

Domestic relocation assistance is NOT available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

This position may require up to 5% travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$28.15 - $42.25
