Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing customs, trade compliance and supply chain operations.
- 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, both domestic and international.
- Experience in achieving results, with a flexible, hardworking, and collaborative approach to team dynamics and motivation.
- Experience with Customs and International Trade.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with decision making abilities.
