We are seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Store Manager to lead daily store operations, uphold premium brand standards, and drive business performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in high-end retail and a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, results-driven, and adept at managing both operational excellence and team engagement.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow customer base, increase store traffic, and drive profitability.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff, ensuring alignment with brand values and service standards.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Maintain full compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with merchandising and retail operations teams to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Execute promotional activities and maintain impeccable in-store displays in line with brand identity.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales trends, customer preferences, and financial performance.
- Manage store budgets, track expenses, and oversee accurate financial record-keeping.
- Set and achieve performance targets in collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager.
Role Requirements:
- Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for coaching and developing individuals and teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer needs.
- Sharp analytical thinking and sound commercial judgment.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail, Indian market dynamics, and global retail trends.
- Strong operational skills including inventory management, stock handling, and cash operations.
- Ability to uphold brand and store presentation standards consistently.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury or high-fashion retail, including prior experience as a Store Manager.
- Proven expertise in managing store operations from product intake to final sale.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering “customer delight” and nurturing lasting client relationships.
- Experience in conducting staff evaluations, resolving employee issues, and developing career growth plans.
- Motivational leadership with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to inspire a team.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented individual.
