Machine Operator

Randstad is seeking an experienced Loader Operator with a valid ticket to join a busy concrete batching plant in Swanbank. This role offers steady hours with competitive pay in a growing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating loaders to feed the batching plant and keep production moving
• Loading and transporting materials safely and efficiently
• Conducting daily machine checks and reporting maintenance needs
• Following strict WHS procedures to maintain a safe worksite

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience operating loaders (concrete or quarry environment highly regarded)
• Current RII Loader ticket & White Card
• Strong work ethic and safety-first attitude
• Reliability and willingness to work overtime when required

Location: Swanbank QLD
Rate: $38–$42/hr + OT + weekly pay
