Adriana's Insurance is a leading bilingual insurance agency in Southern California, known for our commitment to customer service and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and functionality of our offices. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for all office locations.
  • Manage service requests and ensure timely responses to maintenance issues.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures.
  • Assist with office improvement projects as needed.

Pay: Starting $25-27 hourly

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and maintenance management systems.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
