- Responsible for customer network upgrade, network adjustment, technical support and problem handling.
- Handle customer network risks and ensure the smooth running of the customer's network security.
- Customer technical communication, training, and key event assurance
Requirements
- Have general knowledge about datacom networks, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Have general knowledge of datacom network protocols, such as TCP/IP, VLAN, IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS L2VPN, MPLS L3VPN, and EVPN. If there are HCNA/HCNP/CCNA/CCNP, the one is preferred.
- Understand network operations, including software upgrade, network adjustment, hardware replacement, and basic troubleshooting.
- Be able to accept network operations at night and on holidays and handle problems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard, have the spirit of teamwork.
