Available Shifts:

  • 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

  • 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday

  • 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday

Job Description:

  • Utilize PM as the proactive means of controlling machine up/down time

  • Organize and document log out / tag out procedures

  • Manage oil analysis program for all required equipment

  • Vast knowledge of the principles on how the machinery / equipment / tools work

  • Skilled and knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

  • Skilled and knowledge on electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic component and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment

  • Skilled and knowledge on performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control and robotic controls

  • Skilled and knowledge in PM program and importance of accurate and timely PM tasks

  • Skilled and knowledge in performing on the installation of new manufacturing equipment

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of the basic principles on how the machinery/equipment/ tools work.

  • Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical of CNC machines, welding machines, overhead crane, compressors etc.

  • Skilled & knowledge of electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic component and troubleshoot on the problem of CNC machines, welding machines, overhead crane, compressors etc.

  • Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machines

  • Skilled & knowledge in performing on the installation of new manufacturing equipment.

  • Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range is $26.40/hr - $32.90/hr.
