Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager BussDev with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Capture - Business Analyst and Solution Manager. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives and ensuring the success of our Business Process operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth in the Business Process sector.
• Oversee the identification and capture of new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Provide expert analysis and insights to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Ensure the effective execution of business development plans and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement in business development processes and practices.
• Support the development of proposals and presentations to secure new business.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by achieving business development targets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Capture
• Business Analyst and Solution Manager.
• Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Should have a proven track record of success in business development.
• Must be proficient in using relevant software and tools.
