In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing effective governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks and policies.
- Ensure adherence to legal and fiscal regulations as well as internal governance standards.
- Oversee governance training and promote awareness across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of governance processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and innovation in governance practices.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and present findings on governance performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Law, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in governance, risk management, or compliance.
- Proven track record of developing governance frameworks and conducting compliance audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and produce actionable recommendations.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.
