About the Role
The Manager Restaurants is responsible for directly overseeing the outlet and meeting profit goals while staying in compliance with all regulations and standards.
Position Responsibilities
- Accountable for and dedicated to ensuring service commitments, standards/expectations, financial goals, and policies/procedures are consistently upheld
- Builds rapport, commitment, and loyalty with team members and guests
- Develop, update, & implement SOP’s, Training Manuals & Policies & Procedures to support operational and business objectives
- Ensures that service is carried out in accordance with established policy
- Hires, trains and evaluates all restaurant personnel and enforces food and beverage policies and procedures
- Ensures sanitation compliance throughout restaurants
- Handles customer complaints
- Oversee profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and recommending action when needed.
- Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
- Ensures proper training of supervisory staff on Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Works with Culinary department to create, program (POS) and institute new restaurant menus and specialty menus
- Adhere to federal, state and local laws
- All other duties as assigned
Essential Functions
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
Requirements
What’s Required
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field preferred
- Three to five years’ experience in full-service restaurant management or combination of education and experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Must be passionate about customer service and restaurant operations
- The ability to effectively communicate in English

*Our cash compensation amount for this role is $61,500- $80,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
