Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to market maturity and scaled adoption.
- Experience in whiteboarding complex technology systems, data flows, and integrations.
- Experience with planning, budget management, and financial modeling.
- Experience with Google's advertising and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of the advertising agency and holding the company landscape.
- Excellent problem-solving, technical aptitude, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, narratives for a variety of audiences.

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of technical experts and will be responsible for our most critical partner-facing initiatives. You will be a player-coach who will be equally comfortable guiding our team in architecting a complex technical solution as you will be presenting a multi-year commercial strategy to a C-level executive.
You will be responsible for setting the goals and operationalizing the key priorities for the team. You will define co-development of multi-market product strategies with partners and Google's product teams, managing the Additive Technology Fund (ATF) processes, and driving multi-market commercial enhancements. You will ensure tight coordination between our team, LCS market sales teams, and Product teams for all external partner engagements. You will require a unique blend of people leadership, technical and industry expertise, and exceptional cross-functional influencing skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000-$275,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical specialists while defining the team's direction and objectives across co-development, tech simplification, and commercial growth.
- Act as an exceutive representative and thought leader in C-level engagements with partners, architecting durable solutions for their complex technology, data, and privacy issues.
- Drive alignment with executive stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Sales to establish co-development roadmaps, provide critical field feedback, and secure resources for key initiatives.
- Lead the successful technical and commercial rollout of new product features (like APIs and new workflows) and ensure their scaled adoption within partner operating systems.
- Identify and cultivate new advertising technology opportunities for partners, including developing integrations on platforms like the Google Cloud Marketplace.
