About the role:
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active with a strong understanding of Core Commerce. This role involves developing and optimizing solutions that enhance our company’s operations and contribute to societal impact.
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Ontario. What you need to have to be considered:
· Possess a strong background in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active with proven experience in implementation and support.
· Demonstrate expertise in Core Commerce with the ability to apply domain knowledge to enhance system functionality.
· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
· Show proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions that meet organizational needs.
· Have a track record of successful project delivery within the specified timeframes and quality standards.
· Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
· Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
· Certifications Required
· Manhattan Certified Professional Core Commerce Certification

· Develop and implement solutions using Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active to optimize supply chain processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Manhattan systems to ensure smooth operations.
· Oversee the deployment of new features and updates ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
· Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.$
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
