1st Shift – $21.70/hr

• Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM/6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM/6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

2nd Shift- $21.70/hr (+8% shift premium)

• Monday-Thursday: 2:30PM-11:30PM
• Friday: 2:30PM-6:30PM

Other aspects you can look forward to doing in this role:

• Supporting the team in implementing robust solutions to improve overall efficiency and yield.
• Developing process and developing potential solutions, and performing appropriate troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Driving continuous improvement for customer requests from Operations, Packaging, Logistics execution team, Quality, Engineering, Scheduling, Safety and Purchasing.
• Assist Logistics Engineer/Manager in re-allocating space for workstations and/or storage locations.
• Build new/modify existing platforms and internable for POU part presentation.
• Repair Logistics Forklift Tackles and damaged internable and returnable containers.
• Replace damaged POU Racks /Warehouse Pallet racks.
• PM and repair Tugger Carts as well as POU Mother/Daughter carts.
• Fabricate logistics job aid tools.
• Assist Logistics Engineer/Manager in re-allocating space for workstations and/or storage locations.

Basic Requirements for the role:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools, including their safe and effective use, to support fabrication, workstation modifications, and implementation of continuous improvement solutions.
• A working knowledge of Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to dialogue with internal customers
• A working knowledge of Design Thinking and Fabricating: Knowledge of concepts, principles, and experience in designing and Fabricating various ergonomic part presentation equipment such turn tables, platforms, and internable containers.
• A working knowledge Supporting NPI projects along with other daily Continuous Improvement tasks and flexibility to adapt to changes and Positively support changing requests.
• A working knowledge of Office 365: Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.

• Resource & Project management
• Design experience utilizing 3D modeling applications
• Knowledge of Glovia or G2, Nextgen. PRWB- to check prints, Workday, AutoCad

• The primary location for this position is Sanford, NC.
