We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing initiatives for a company in the FMCG or non-food industry, based in Manila. This role involves assisting with campaign planning, execution, content creation, and coordination with internal and external teams to drive brand visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with suppliers, creatives, and agencies for marketing materials and deliverables.
- Support digital and social media initiatives, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or brand support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with social media tools or Canva is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
