We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Growth Team Lead to join our marketing team at ThreeTrader, a trading brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented marketer with a passion for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the financial services industry. As the Marketing Growth Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, optimising marketing channels, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and business goals.
- Design and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that target retail traders across various asset classes (forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies etc.).
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set marketing KPIs and growth targets (e.g., customer acquisition, lifetime value, engagement metrics).
Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify and implement scalable customer acquisition strategies across paid search, social media, content marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
- Optimise marketing funnels to convert leads into active, long-term clients.
- Manage and optimise advertising budgets, analyzing cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI) metrics.
- Explore new channels and partnerships to increase brand visibility and expand market share.
Market Segmentation & Personalisation:
- Segment potential and existing clients to create personalised marketing messages and campaigns.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to identify high-value segments and tailor offers, content, and ads to specific user groups.
- Use customer insights to develop targeted content that resonates with both beginner and experienced traders.
Retention & Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn and maximise customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Optimise onboarding and activation processes to ensure new customers understand the platform, tools, and trading strategies.
- Create email, push, campaigns to keep customers engaged and encourage them to trade more frequently.
- Analyse user behaviour and feedback to improve engagement strategies and create a loyal customer base.
Data-Driven Campaigns & Analytics:
- Utilise analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve user acquisition and conversion rates.
- Report on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and other key metrics to senior management.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with sales, marketing teams to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap and customer needs.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements in the trading industry.
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to execute campaigns, including affiliate networks, media partners, and creative agencies.
Branding & Positioning:
- Strengthen the company’s brand identity and reputation within the trading and investment community.
- Develop thought leadership content, such as blogs, KOL collaboration, to position the company as an authority in the trading space.
- Ensure that the company’s unique value proposition is clearly communicated across all marketing channels.
Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing within the financial services, trading, or fintech sectors.
- Solid understanding of trading products, platforms, and financial markets.
- Expertise in performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience with email marketing, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Experience in a growth marketing role within a brokerage, trading platform, or fintech startup.
- Experience with mobile app marketing and increasing customer acquisition through mobile platforms.
