Interwood is seeking a Manager Marketing to take charge of strategic campaigns, elevate brand presence, and drive growth across retail and digital platforms. This is a key leadership role within the marketing team, offering the opportunity to work directly with the CMO on high-impact initiatives.
- Design and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and fuel category growth
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer, and B2B) with clear KPIs and ROI focus
- Drive go-to-market execution for key product launches, seasonal campaigns, and market activations
- Shape brand communication across customer and internal touchpoints, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Design, and Customer Experience teams
- Monitor marketing performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize strategy and spend
- Manage agencies, content creators, and internal resources to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in brand, category, or integrated marketing—preferably in retail, lifestyle, or consumer industries
- Strong command over strategic planning, creative execution, and performance tracking
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and working in dynamic environments
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management capabilities
