Interwood is seeking a Manager Marketing to take charge of strategic campaigns, elevate brand presence, and drive growth across retail and digital platforms. This is a key leadership role within the marketing team, offering the opportunity to work directly with the CMO on high-impact initiatives.

  • Design and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and fuel category growth
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer, and B2B) with clear KPIs and ROI focus
  • Drive go-to-market execution for key product launches, seasonal campaigns, and market activations
  • Shape brand communication across customer and internal touchpoints, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Design, and Customer Experience teams
  • Monitor marketing performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize strategy and spend
  • Manage agencies, content creators, and internal resources to deliver campaigns on time and on budget

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in brand, category, or integrated marketing—preferably in retail, lifestyle, or consumer industries
  • Strong command over strategic planning, creative execution, and performance tracking
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working in dynamic environments
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management capabilities
  • A mindset that balances brand-building vision with commercial impact
