An international leading company developing an AI-powered travel platform for businesses is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a focus on paid search and PPC to join its team.

Founded in 2017 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, the company is on a mission to simplify the often cumbersome process of booking, modifying, and canceling flights and hotels for business trips — making it fast, seamless, and stress-free.

With thousands of users worldwide and a rapidly expanding client base, the company is continuously introducing innovative features to enhance the business travel experience.

This role offers you a hybrid format of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads to achieve lead generation and CPA targets
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution to grow sustainable organic traffic
  • Manage CRO initiatives across the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates
  • Develop comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging and enhance the customer journey
  • Work closely with RevOps to refine attribution in GA4, GTM, and Hubspot

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Ads/PPC campaigns within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads is required; experience with LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Solid skills in analytics, attribution modeling, and performance reporting
  • Comfortable conducting CRO testing and driving conversion optimization initiatives
  • Skilled with GA4, GTM, and Hotjar or Clarity.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
