An international leading company developing an AI-powered travel platform for businesses is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a focus on paid search and PPC to join its team.

This role offers you a hybrid format of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads to achieve lead generation and CPA targets
- Lead SEO strategy and execution to grow sustainable organic traffic
- Manage CRO initiatives across the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates
- Develop comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging and enhance the customer journey
- Work closely with RevOps to refine attribution in GA4, GTM, and Hubspot
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Ads/PPC campaigns within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads is required; experience with LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Meta Ads is a plus.
- Solid skills in analytics, attribution modeling, and performance reporting
- Comfortable conducting CRO testing and driving conversion optimization initiatives
- Skilled with GA4, GTM, and Hotjar or Clarity.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
