Marketing Manager and Operations

We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing GTM campaigns and marketing operations. This role will be pivotal in executing our marketing strategy, managing our digital presence and awareness, and creating compelling campaigns that showcase Autofleet's innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage holistic lookout between operational excellence, content and campaign management with eye for details to deliver measurable results across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize our digital presence through website management and optimization, SEO strategy implementation, and continuous performance monitoring
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including, PPC, Google, email marketing, webinars, and video content creation
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns while maintaining efficient budget allocation and ROI tracking
- Own Hubspot Administration end to end: S&M reporting, dashboards, data management, emails- Must!
- Lead our marketing automation efforts through Hubspot, Lemlist and Zoominfo or others, including setup and optimization of workflows for both Sales and Marketing teams
- Drive fast past campaign strategy, planning and execution across teams.
- Help develop and maintain our social media presence
- Manage Events and Field Marketing
- Create and optimize video content that effectively communicates our value proposition and technical capabilities
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with demonstrated success in campaign management and digital marketing
- Hubspot Admin Level- must
- Native English speaker with strong writing and communication skills
- A can do target oriented focus with excellent independence and team collaboration capabilities
- Technical mindset with ability to work with multiple marketing tools and technologies SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing best practices
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and coordinate several campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
