Our automotive portfolio includes some of the world’s most iconic brands – Bentley, Maserati, Aston Martin, Porsche,  XPENG, MG and more.

Now, we’re opening a brand-new luxury dealership in Tallinn – and we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join Luxury Motors OÜ, working with world-class automotive brands in the heart of the city, Porto Franco.

Your role – creative, structured and results-driven:

• Own the success of multiple marketing projects from planning to execution
• Develop detailed brand and communication plans with clear timelines and milestones
• Coordinate brand presence across key channels: social media, website, media, CRM, events
• Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and deliver high-end user experience
• Organize and execute client-focused events that engage and inspire
• Create and coordinate marketing content across internal and external channels
• Monitor, report and optimize performance through data-driven insights
• Keep communication clear and stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

What you should bring:

• A few years of experience in a similar marketing role (luxury or automotive is a strong plus)
• Strong project and time management skills – you can juggle tasks without dropping quality
• Performance-driven mindset and full ownership of what you do
• Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian
• A creative, problem-solving attitude – you think fast and act smart
• Confidence with data – you track, analyze and optimize with purpose
• Experience with event planning and execution
• Clear communication and collaboration skills – with agencies, partners, internal teams.

Monthly salary: 2000-2500€ gross, depends on personal results.
