Job Summary

This position will be responsible for scheduling and reporting supplier shipment performance, as well as material planning and MRC exception reporting. Coordinate the review, analysis and updating of parameters in accordance with the production plan and track inventory of materials at the plant, warehouse and critical suppliers.

What You Will Do

• Scheduling and controlling the release of materials in MRC and SAP.
• Building up and following up procurement plan realization to ensure they align with business objectives.
• Tracking and analyzing supplier performance metrics.
• Collaborating and negotiating with supplier to deliver materials per requirements.
• Elaborating inventory reports and root cause analysis.
• Invoice grief resolutions.

Education Requirement:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Bachelor of International Business, Bachelor of Administration or related field.

Requires Conversational English

What skills will you have:

Problem Solving:

• Basic knowledge of Lean and 6 Sigma.
• Ability to make decisions in various situations under pressure.
• Analytical thinking skills.

Logistics Management:

• Expertise in supply chain, manufacturing/operations, inventory management.
• Identify opportunities for improve the process.

Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP):

• Knowledge in manufacturing requirements planning (MRP).
• Knowledge of SAP system.

Supplier Management - MFG:

• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions.
• Ability to data collection and analysis for evaluation.

Additional Information:

• This position will be in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX
• This position is face-to-face.
• Work from Monday to Friday
• <10% of working time will be domestic travel.
• Relocation not available for this position
