MCX Client Application Developer / Barcelona-based

About the role:

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Web Application as well as desktop application Developer with over 10 years of experience in developing scalable web-based network applications for 3GPP Mission Critical Services (MCX). The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL databases, along with a solid understanding of web services and related technologies. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing both front-end and back-end services, integrating Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop scalable web-based network applications for 3GPP Mission Critical Services (MCX).

• Design and develop scalable desktop network applications for 3GPP Mission Critical Services (MCX).

• Implement and maintain web services to support application functionality.

• Develop front-end components using JavaScript , Angular or React related frameworks.

• Build and optimize back-end services using Java and Python.

• Integrate Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.

• Design and manage SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Optimize application performance and scalability.

• Mentor junior developers and provide training on relevant technologies.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in manual testing techniques.

What you need to have to be considered:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Extensive experience of 10+ years in full stack web application development.

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL databases.

• Experience in any Front-end technologies like Angular, react etc to develop professional UI.

• Strong understanding of web services and related technologies.

• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
