Key Responsibilities

  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
    Perform regular maintenance inspections and corrective actions on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs:
    Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement appropriate repairs or replacement of parts.
  • System Improvements:
    Evaluate current systems and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase uptime.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare part usage.
  • Project Support:
    Participate in the planning and execution of engineering projects, including new equipment installation, line upgrades, and layout changes.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
    Liaise with external service providers for specialized maintenance, equipment servicing, and parts procurement.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Education:
    Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience:
    At least 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
    • Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, and automated systems is an advantage
    • Familiarity with TPM, 5S, or other continuous improvement frameworks

  • Soft Skills:
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure
