About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in legal marketing. They support law firms with performance-driven campaigns and creative solutions designed to drive leads, conversions, and growth. With a strong presence in the U.S. legal market, they’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Buyer to join their remote team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Media Buyer (Part-Time) with hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads to support the launch, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns. The role will start as part-time (20 hours/week) with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position within 3 months based on performance.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has strong creative judgment. You will work closely with the creative, strategy, and client services teams to ensure campaigns meet performance goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
  • Write and refine ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and creative strategies.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing to drive performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, design, client services) to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and reporting using project management tools like ClickUp or Notion.
  • Stay on top of trends and platform updates to continuously improve strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record in copywriting and creative strategy development.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, or similar PM tools.
  • Legal marketing or previous experience working with law firms is a MUST.
  • Based in Latin America and available to work in Eastern Time (EST) hours.
