Position Summary:

We are seeking a MES Expert with strong hands-on experience in administration and configuration of MES systems, specifically Werum PAS-X, to support global operations. This role focuses on maintaining validated GxP systems, implementing business requirements, and ensuring seamless system performance in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration & Configuration:
  Own and manage the site MES system (Werum PAS-X), including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Validation & Compliance:
  Ensure MES systems remain in a validated state. Create and maintain validation documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
• Operational Support:
  Provide hands-on technical support for MES and KPI applications, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaboration:
  Work with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Training & Documentation:
  Deliver user training and maintain system documentation for MES-related processes.
• Project Execution:
  Lead and support upgrade projects (hardware/software) and contribute to new system implementations.
• Business Requirement Translation:
  Understand and implement business needs into MES configurations and workflows.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Follow Teva’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X MES (administration, configuration, support).
  • 5+ years working with GxP-compliant systems in a regulated environment.
  • Strong background in engineering systems and operational IT support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with IT validation processes and software development lifecycle.
• Exposure to GMP manufacturing systems such as EAM, BMS, scheduling, and inventory management.
