Position Summary:
We are seeking a MES Expert with strong hands-on experience in administration and configuration of MES systems, specifically Werum PAS-X, to support global operations. This role focuses on maintaining validated GxP systems, implementing business requirements, and ensuring seamless system performance in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration & Configuration:
Own and manage the site MES system (Werum PAS-X), including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. - Validation & Compliance:
Ensure MES systems remain in a validated state. Create and maintain validation documentation in compliance with GMP standards. - Operational Support:
Provide hands-on technical support for MES and KPI applications, including troubleshooting and performance optimization. - Collaboration:
Work with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure system reliability and compliance. - Training & Documentation:
Deliver user training and maintain system documentation for MES-related processes. - Project Execution:
Lead and support upgrade projects (hardware/software) and contribute to new system implementations. - Business Requirement Translation:
Understand and implement business needs into MES configurations and workflows. - Safety & Compliance:
Follow Teva’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X MES (administration, configuration, support).
- 5+ years working with GxP-compliant systems in a regulated environment.
- Strong background in engineering systems and operational IT support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience with IT validation processes and software development lifecycle.
- Exposure to GMP manufacturing systems such as EAM, BMS, scheduling, and inventory management.
