Meta Ads Specialist / Executive Assistant
Job Type: Part-Time (25 hours per week)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time
Salary: $750 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Meta Ads Specialist / Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced media and marketing environment. This hybrid role combines ad operations expertise with executive support responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Meta advertising, excellent organizational skills, and a flexible mindset for balancing technical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Operations
- Manage paid social media ad budgets, making adjustments to ensure KPIs are hitting goals
- Proven experience conducting A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages across platforms (Facebook/Instagram)
- Create and traffic ads daily using the Meta ad buying interface, with a strong attention to detail & ensuring client ads are without error
- Perform weekly reporting on specific initiatives or overall account performance
- Build recurring and ad hoc reports and internal account analyses that are both performance & creative development-driven
- Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Meta ad campaigns
- Translate technical concepts into actionable, tactical and strategic action plans
- Familiarize yourself with client products & come up with promotional strategies on paid social
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
- Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
- Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a strong plus
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Draft and organize agendas for internal and client-facing meetings
- Prepare and send out reports, recaps, and follow-up documentation
- Track project progress and maintain internal systems
- Support day-to-day operations with a high level of autonomy
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Meta advertising and/or digital ad operations
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving work environments
