Meta Ads Specialist / Executive Assistant

Job Type: Part-Time (25 hours per week)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time

Salary: $750 per month

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Meta Ads Specialist / Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced media and marketing environment. This hybrid role combines ad operations expertise with executive support responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Meta advertising, excellent organizational skills, and a flexible mindset for balancing technical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Operations
    • Manage paid social media ad budgets, making adjustments to ensure KPIs are hitting goals
    • Proven experience conducting A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages across platforms  (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Create and traffic ads daily using the Meta ad buying interface, with a strong attention to detail & ensuring client ads are without error
    • Perform weekly reporting on specific initiatives or overall account performance
    • Build recurring and ad hoc reports and internal account analyses that are both performance & creative development-driven
    • Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Meta ad campaigns
    • Translate technical concepts into actionable, tactical and strategic action plans
    • Familiarize yourself with client products & come up with promotional strategies on paid social
    • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
    • Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
    • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a strong plus
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
    • Draft and organize agendas for internal and client-facing meetings
    • Prepare and send out reports, recaps, and follow-up documentation
    • Track project progress and maintain internal systems
    • Support day-to-day operations with a high level of autonomy

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Meta advertising and/or digital ad operations
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving work environments
