Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Randstad is currently working with a Queensland Government Department to find a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer for a contract until EOFY 2027. This role is based in Brisbane city - unfortunately there is no WFH flexibility for this role.

Maximum Pay Rate: $968.56 a day + super (or $1,084.78 a day inclusive of super).
Contract End Date: 30/06/2027 with potential of extension.
Location: Brisbane City.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will take on a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining the end-to-end technical requirements of the departments Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps suite of applications. This position will provide technical design and delivery oversight/assistance; taking inputs from architecture, networks, security and other relevant domains, to support and maintain the operability of relevant systems. Your central objective will revolve around ensuring the delivery of cohesive and efficient business solutions that significantly contribute to the department’s objectives. You will actively engage in project and governance forums, working to seamlessly align business analysis with the overarching objectives of maintaining systems in accordance with business requirements.

The ideal candidate role will possess:

• Previous experience (3+ years) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, Azure Pipelines and Power Apps Flows.
• Experience in developing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience in integrating and consuming Azure platform services across components using Pipelines, Dataverse and Power Apps Flows.
• Expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing and contributing to projects, preferably within the context of digital transformation or modernisation initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of DevOps pipeline and release and environment management, within an Agile delivery environment.
• Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
