About the Business
Catalyst Metals Limited (ASX: CYL) is an Australian gold producer and explorer. The Company owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine, located in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia, which produces approximately 85,000 ounces of gold annually. In addition to Plutonic, Catalyst also holds the highly prospective Four Eagles Gold Project in the Bendigo region of Victoria.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, Catalyst plans to bring three new mining areas at Plutonic into production, marking a significant phase of growth and development.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across both open pit and underground mining environments. As part of a skilled and supportive geology team, you will play a key role in ore extraction, grade control, and geological interpretation in a complex and geologically rich setting.
Reporting to the Senior Geologist, you will be responsible for a wide range of mine geology functions, including orebody delineation, face mapping, QAQC, and reconciliation activities. This role offers a broad scope of work and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a well-established operation.
