We are looking for the right candidate for the role of MIS & Reporting Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily work of the MIS team.
- Manage task prioritization and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with departments to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Design and improve KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
- Identify gaps in data coverage and lead initiatives to expand reporting into new business areas.
- Work closely with data owners and BI teams to implement integrated solutions.
- Present insights to senior management and participate in KPI committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, or Reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of AI tools and applications.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
