We are looking for the right candidate for the role of MIS & Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the daily work of the MIS team.
  • Manage task prioritization and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Design and improve KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
  • Identify gaps in data coverage and lead initiatives to expand reporting into new business areas.
  • Work closely with data owners and BI teams to implement integrated solutions.
  • Present insights to senior management and participate in KPI committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, or Reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
  • Understanding of AI tools and applications.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
