Overview
A leading partner in Australia's Energy and Resources sectors, specializing in production, shutdown, and project execution, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mobilisation Coordinator to join their team on an initial 3-month temporary assignment. This crucial role will ensure the smooth and efficient onboarding of new personnel, guaranteeing that all administrative and pre-employment requirements are met before they begin work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track the completion of all pre-employment requirements, including inductions, medical assessments, and certifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding documentation.
- Liaise with various members of your team to facilitate the mobilisation process.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
