We’re hiring two Motor Surveyors to join our Claims team. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in insurance assessments and preferably be familiar with Audatex.
- Conduct physical inspections of damaged vehicles at workshops or customer sites.
- Prepare damage assessments and repair estimates using Audatex (preferred).
- Verify vehicle conditions and accident-related damages with supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance teams, workshops, and adjusters during the claims process.
- Review and validate invoices and repair bills against approved estimates.
- Document all findings clearly with photos and technical justifications.
- Support continuous improvement by reporting patterns of fraud, abuse, or repair anomalies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in motor insurance or claims
- Knowledge of Audatex is a plus
- Technical understanding of vehicle damage and repair estimation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
