Requirements
Job Title : MS CRM Business Analyst
- System Analyst with knowledge in CRM Platform (MS Dynamics) - D365.
- Experience in implementing D365 with Banking clients (Service & Sales modules).
- Strong Functional experience with Sales & Service Modules of D365.
- Experience in Guiding users on the best possible solutions, advise them on Menus and screens - final outcome, etc.
- Experience in CRM modules for Sales and Service modules.
- Hands-on experience in the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or practitioner in the business process domain
- Experience in business requirements gathering, reviewing functional specification and technical design document
- Exposure in interacting with multiple teams (functional and technical)
- Experience in aligning specification from multiple systems and interfaces (middleware, core system and CRM)
- Experience in issues management (prioritization and assignment to the rightful team)
- Experienced in mapping business processes and writing user stories and requirement specifications.
- Experienced in managing multiple system deployment projects as a Business Analyst.
