Job Summary

We are seeking a Mulesoft Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience specializing in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to drive technological advancements and integration solutions enhancing our business processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MuleSoft API-led connectivity solutions to streamline integration processes and enhance system interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain MuleSoft Application Networks to support seamless data flow and communication across platforms.
• Oversee the integration of Property & Casualty Insurance systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of MuleSoft applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance integration capabilities and business outcomes.
• Ensure the security and scalability of integration solutions mitigating risks and safeguarding sensitive data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration strategies and roadmaps aligning with organizational goals.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
• Document integration processes and best practices promoting knowledge sharing and consistency across projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and MuleSoft advancements applying new insights to drive innovation.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in MuleSoft technologies.

  Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of MuleSoft API-led connectivity and integration principles.
• Demonstrate expertise in MuleSoft Application Network design and implementation.
• Have extensive experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Show proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of MuleSoft applications.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with diverse teams.
