We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. Positions available are:
- Freight, Shipping, and Tubing departments.
- Plant clean-up expansion project
- Polishers
- Cart-Builders
- Rate of pay starts at $16.00 per hour, and can increase based on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assemble and package finished products according to quality standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
