Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in Murex MxML Integration and Murex Datamart & Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Murex MxML Integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.Oversee the development and maintenance of Murex Datamart & Reporting to provide accurate and timely financial reports.Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Murex integration and reporting.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Murex integration and reporting.Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and procedures.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Murex technology and incorporate them into the project.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Murex MxML Integration and Murex Datamart & Reporting.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a solid understanding of Asset & Wealth Management domain.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Display the ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
