Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to help us grow and build strong relationships with MyBee clients.  

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Actively seeking new customers and managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing the deal
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients
  • Making it clear how MyBee's services add value for B2B and B2C clients and creating proposals
  • Analyzing sales data and customer feedback, sharing insights to support company growth
  • Collaborating with Operations, Fleet Management, and other teams to make sure customers have a smooth experience
  • Hitting and exceeding sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service
  • Contributing to sales process development, helping optimize strategies and workflows.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar role
  • Leads with a structured approach to outbound sales – manage lead lists, prioritize outreach, and track touchpoints
  • Confident in cold outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and reach decision-makers
  • Demonstrates a proven ability to exceed targets and drive growth
  • Has awesome communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Manages time effectively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Is familiar with CRM software, strong Excel skills, and other sales tools
  • Is fluent in both English and Latvian.

Monthly salary:

  • From 1500 €/mon. gross plus monthly bonuses based on performance
  • Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
