Job Summary for .NET Developer position

The Associate Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust solutions using .Net Framework .Net Core and ASP.NET Core. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus enhancing the ability to contribute effectively to the team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software solutions using .Net Framework .Net Core and ASP.NET Core to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Implement best practices in coding and software design to enhance system performance and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
• Document software designs and architectures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that enhance user experience and drive business success.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in .Net Framework .Net Core and ASP.NET Core demonstrating technical proficiency.
• Have a solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Show strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field ensuring a solid educational foundation.
