Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in Xamarin AWS Angular .Net Core and .Net to drive innovative solutions in the Automotive Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of cutting-edge applications using Xamarin AWS Angular .Net Core and .Net technologies.
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions that align with industry standards and best practices in the Automotive sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies that enhance our product offerings.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through effective architecture and design strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications implementing improvements as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our solutions competitive.
• Facilitate code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
• Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Xamarin AWS Angular 13-16 .Net Core and .Net technologies.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in the Automotive Industry understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Show proficiency in designing scalable and high-performance applications.
• Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
