Code of Conduct
At STS we strictly adhere to our code of conduct, which is there to serve as a moral compass, offering a framework for responsible behaviours and enabling ethical choices that cultivate positive relationships and a better future. Every year, all employees are required to review, comprehend, confirm, and adhere to the code of conduct. Additionally, all newly hired employees are subject to the same as part of their onboarding process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivery of project-related tasks such as the installation and configuration of new equipment.
- Support and maintenance of existing infrastructure hardware, to include patching where required.
- To carry out regular capacity and performance monitoring and reporting of key systems.
- Create and develop policies and processes within a growing team.
- Triage and investigate LAN & WAN fault reports.
- Handle faults and escalations through to resolution
- Ensure technical documentation is completed and updated to a professional standard.
- Liaising with key third parties and colleagues during the implementation of new, and support of existing, hardware.
- To keep up to date with the latest network, security, and technology developments.

Requirements
- 0-1 Years of Experience in a similar position.
- Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP and concepts including LAN, WAN, WLAN and VOIP.
- Network infrastructure skills including Switches, Routers, Firewalls.
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related IT field with very Good GPA.
- Cisco CCNA Official certified
- Lives in Amman
- Owns a car (preferred)
