Job Summary

We are seeking a candidate with 6 to 10 years of experience in Load balancing Switching & Routing Cisco and Wireless technologies. The role involves overseeing technical projects ensuring seamless integration of systems and optimizing network performance. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of network solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in Load balancing Switching & Routing Cisco and Wireless to support project objectives.
  • Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all network operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Lead efforts to enhance network security and protect against potential threats.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical challenges.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of network services.
  • Conduct regular audits of network systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in networking technologies and incorporate them into the companys infrastructure.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes to align network initiatives with business goals.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until October 3rd, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $37,804 to $74,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
